Overseeing the efficient and safe operation of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking/ packing, and shipping. this ofetn involves warehouse management system (wms) and other technologies
Managing inbound and outbound transportation, negotiating with carriers and optimizing shipping routes and schedules
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize overall dc performance. this often involves lean principles and other process improvement methodologies
Play a critical role in maintaining product quality throughout the warehousing process. the involvement is crucial for preserving the integrity of goods from the time they arrive until they're shipped to their final destination
Preparing regular reports on dc performance, key metrics, and operational issues. analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Bachelor - master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
10 years experiences in w/h and 3 years in managerial level or related position
English abilities at upper intermediate level.
Computer basic skills including word processing software, creating spreadsheets, using printers and other work-related equipment, looking up informaton online
wms experiences are a must. sap wms is preferable
