RETURN SUPERVISOR (10-MONTHS) ;base salary 50k max/month

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receiving returned products, inspecting them for damage or defects, determining the reason for return within timeline agreements.
• Updating inventory records to reflect returned items, ensuring accurate stock levels. this could involve coordinating with the main warehouse or inventory team.
• Inspecting returned products to identify any quality issues or defects, and sorting condition of products, good-semi-damaged. potentially coordinating with quality assurance teams
• Ensuring that the warehouse adheres to safety regulations and company policies. this includes proper training of staff on safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and addressing any safety hazards
• Working with other departments, such as supply chain, customer care, and sales, to streamline the returns process and improve overall efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
• 5 years experiences in w/h and in return supervisory level or related position
• English abilities at intermediate level
• Computer basic skills including word processing software, creating spreadsheets, using printers and other work-related equipment, looking up informaton online + advanced computer skill in using complex excel formulas
• wms experiences are a must. sap wms is preferable.
