Marketing Coordinator (1 year renewable contract); สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• PO Creation: Open PO, GR PO including tracking status to ensure the complete task within timeline
• Coordinate with warehouse by creating Action plan to ensure accurate material to complete with operation team Example; FDA, Sleeve, pop-up
• Support marketing in FDA License registration, closely coordinate between marketing and STRAD to deliver final alignment given time constraint
• Work closely with STRAD to submit claim, STB, KV and product information license request
• Create new code for new product/renovation including BOM (Bundle) in Cosmo system
• Support in full loop FDR process; including product packing and manage logistics in delivering to external parties
• Support MKT in competitors’ product preparation
• Support OBM in AW brief for top spender/ first orders announcement, full loop follow up with agency on procurement
• Support On-site livestream support and Brand events

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Be able to communicate in English
• Able to go outside for livestream
• Able to work on some weekends where we have special brand or product events (OT allowed)
