Store Manager or Asst.Mgr (Playground) 35,000 - 50,000 up to skill(Good English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily playground operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe service delivery.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff to maintain high service and safety standards.
• Ensure all play areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Monitor and enforce safety rules while proactively preventing accidents and incidents.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, schools, and group bookings.
• Support birthday parties, school visits, and special events by coordinating with related departments.
• Assist in promoting playground programs, packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily issues.
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and improvement plans to management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 30 - 40 years old
• Previous experience in playground, kids’ entertainment, hospitality, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic computer skills (POS, reports, scheduling).
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good Communicate in Thai & English language
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
