หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Timely follow-up on current order status, delivery time, and proof of delivery
• Provide weekly on-shelf availability consolidated report for internal visibility
• Regularly provide vendor performance (vdp) feedback, including incoming supply to customer
• Monitor stock shortages and delivery by coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams
• Regularly provide order confirmation and stock reporting to customers
• Regularly monitor product shelf life
• Readiness of new product (npd) and npd order from customers
