หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Fulfill and achieve assigned targets including Quantitative targets (Finance Amount, Effective ratio, PPI), Qualitative targets and other assigned targets from time to time
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on financial products to sales team including sales training on new feature of our campaign (excel tools, Digital Salesman Kits, etc.)
• Monitoring and maintaining BMW Leasing presence at dealership, including POS materials, dealer campaigns and dealer advertising
• Quoting customer finance and insurance products to meet their requirements and assist in the sales closing processes
• Collecting customer’s information as required for credit assessment and forward to company
• Advising customer of credit assessment result and negotiate new terms and conditions (if any)
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints both sales team and customer
• Following the prospective customer from internal source (Car Sales Conversion Leads) and cash opportunities
• Ensuring close relationship with dealer and sales teams
• Participate on behalf of the company in dealers’ sales meeting and providing finance and insurance data

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or Finance is preferable
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relation
• Sales Experience is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timeline in a dynamic environment
