Fulfill and achieve assigned targets including Quantitative targets (Finance Amount, Effective ratio, PPI), Qualitative targets and other assigned targets from time to time
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on financial products to sales team including sales training on new feature of our campaign (excel tools, Digital Salesman Kits, etc.)
Monitoring and maintaining BMW Leasing presence at dealership, including POS materials, dealer campaigns and dealer advertising
Quoting customer finance and insurance products to meet their requirements and assist in the sales closing processes
Collecting customer’s information as required for credit assessment and forward to company
Advising customer of credit assessment result and negotiate new terms and conditions (if any)
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints both sales team and customer
Following the prospective customer from internal source (Car Sales Conversion Leads) and cash opportunities
Ensuring close relationship with dealer and sales teams
Participate on behalf of the company in dealers’ sales meeting and providing finance and insurance data

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or Finance is preferable
Good communication skills and interpersonal relation
Sales Experience is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timeline in a dynamic environment
