Accountant ( 6 MONTHS) : 30,000 - 60,000 THB/Month

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Day-to-day accounting (record invoices, payments)
• Responsible for issuing daily invoices & CN to our customers
• In charge of our accounts receivables
• Create and follow up of Purchase Orders (marketing expenses/regulatory expenses & supply)
• In charge of the petty cash
• Record payments (Petty cash/Cheque/I Banking/Inter payment)
• Tax submission: VAT (PP30/PP36), WHT (3/53/54), Social Security
• Issue the WHT certificate
• In charge of cheer-ups (sales incentives to customers) and contact all med reps to request document to do WHT certification
• Monthly control & approval of expenses claims (SAP Concur)
• Monthly closing: in charge of the correct allocation of costs to the cost centers/adjustments
• Manage and prepare full set off accounting for timely and accurate month-end closing, AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory, taxation, P&L, BS and accounts reconciliation
• Closing of our overseas entities (limited transactions per month)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Experience in accounting (few years of experience are required, no entry-level).
• The candidate should be able to speak English and Thai
