หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage end-to-end delivery logistics between co-packers, distribution centers, and internal actors (demand/supply planners)
• Monitor and review daily delivery activities, ensure all Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) are uploaded accurately and within established deadlines
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock, system movements, and related supporting documents to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Manage Purchase Orders for co-packing service fees and components with co-packers and suppliers, and prepare summary reports on related costs and spending
• Support the team in resolving technical and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute to and drive the successful execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects through effective cross-functional collaboration
• Other VAS related for ex; cost allocation, spending reports, and operational reporting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory , planning, coordinating
• Proficient in Microsoft office in excel, SAP and Query
• Data analysis, data file management
• Experience work with cross functional and 3rd party supplier
