หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Order Management: You will accurately process customer orders received through our automated EDI system and those submitted manually by the commercial team, ensuring a smooth start to the order journey
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: You will act as a key liaison, working closely with our Distribution Center (DC) team to resolve delivery issues, partnering with the Demand Planning team to answer product inquiries, and handling customer complaints received via the commercial team
• Process Ownership: You will manage the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Reporting and Analysis: You will support the team by preparing reports during the month-end closing period, providing valuable data to help track our performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP (especially the order processing module) is a significant plus
