HRIS Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Develop and maintain HRIS systems such as employee self service system, payroll system, time attendance system, i-Competency system ,power of voice system ,interface to account system etc. - Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems. - Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentations - Act as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data. - Coordinate with all departments for gathering the Human Resources’ data - Be a consultant in all IT issues both hardware and software

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality only - Male /female - Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics ,Mathmatics or Computer Science - 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) - Good knowledge of SQL , Database - Proficient in Microsoft Office and expert in Microsoft Excel - Able to design reports and analyze HR’s data - Attend to details and discretion with confidential data. - Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks
