Application Support Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that occur from business requirement -Providing technical support to teams / users and be able to assisting with systems integrations when it needs -Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Also preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems to cope with business requirement -Investigate the causes of issue on software and able to teach and train users to understand the solutions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 1-3 years experience in software and application support -A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar. -Experience and working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration and IT Hardware and Software it a plus -Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to diagnose & address application issues
