หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct business development and marketing research.
• Explore and Analyze Project Feasibility Study for investment and expand company business
• Market demand analysis, Analyze competitors' strategies and sales data.
• Prepare reports to support executive decision-making. including tracking movements and collect sales information to achieve the goals of the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Real Estate, Statistics or related fields
• 0-3 year working experience in data analysis, data strategies (direct experience in Real Estate, Property Management will be advantage)
• Advanced skill in MS Excel is required. Ability to utilize formulas, functions, as well as creating Excel templates for consolidation to prepare data in supporting decisions making.
• Highly strong analytical thinking, result-oriented and teamwork-oriented, positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure with willingness to accept challenge and change.
• Able to drive, have a driver's license and own a car.
• New graduated are welcome
