หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Achieve Sales Targets: Successfully meet or exceed established sales goals by effectively presenting VESTA's services and securing client projects.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, conduct initial needs assessments to understand their design preferences, project scope, and budget.
• On-site Meetings and Design Pitching: Coordinate and facilitate on-site meetings with clients and VESTA design partners, including site surveys and design presentations.
• Design and Function Consultancy: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on interior design concepts, space planning, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Price and Material Negotiation: Assist clients in navigating the partner selection process, including price and material negotiations to ensure optimal value and satisfaction.
• Design Review and Reporting: Conduct and facilitate design review meetings, providing comprehensive summary reports to clients, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the design process.
• Contract and Payment Management: Efficiently handle contracts, quotations, and payment processes, ensuring transparency and adherence to VESTA's standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales-oriented design role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar field. Experiences in the Interior Design or Furniture Industry is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and close deals.
• Communication and Presentation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey design concepts.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs, identify potential challenges, and provide creative solutions
• Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Software Proficiency (not required): Expertise in relevant design software is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
