คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Male or Female, age over 28 years old</li> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or Master&#39;s degree in Accounting</li> <li>At least 4 or 5 years experience in audit firms ( E&amp;Y, KPMG, PwC or Deloitteis prefer)</li> <li>Good knowledge in Accounting Standards and Financial reporting</li> <li>Accounting experience in real estate, hotel or serviced apartment business will be an advantage</li> <li>Experience in financial statement and consolidated financial statements preparation</li> <li>Good attitude, dedication and good determination to meet deadlines</li> <li>Proactive, energetic, initiative, sound knowledge and practice of the function</li> </ul> <p><b><u>Skills:</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, solving problem and negotiation skill</li> <li>Computer literacy inMS Excel, MS Word, Power Point) and Accounting Software (ACCPACand Microsoft Dynamics AX is prefer)</li> <li>Good command in English</li> </ul>
