หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide complete installation of POS & CRM servers, terminals, printers and all related system and equipment, included new related product that develop in future - Preparing and conducting system training for customer - Providing system and user support for customer - Responsible for documenting systems - Follow up technical issues with manager and customers to make sure technical issues have been responded - Providing weekly report to manager - Respond to any duty such as support assigned from time to time - Identify customer service and develop the service concept base on the product - Participate in brainstorming sessions on support ideas/concepts and customer feedback - Prepare and present sell-in/pitch maintenance contract

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>&bull;Possess a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in any field (Hospitality industry is an advantage)<br> &bull;Excellent in spoken &amp; Written English and computer literacy (MS office)<br> &bull;Demonstrate work experience in a Sales and Marketing channel<br> &bull;Possess strong consumer insight &amp; analytical skills<br> &bull;Strong numerical skills<br> &bull;Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills<br> &bull;Excellent Interpersonal skills &amp; Team Player<br> &bull;Marketing Analytical skills</p>
