GOOGLE ADS SPECIALIST

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Own and manage all KKC Google Ads accounts end-to-end: Search, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, Performance Max
• Research, build, and continuously optimise keyword strategies targeting Thai language and English-language search queries
• Write compelling ad copy in both Thai and English tailored to medical aesthetics audiences
• Set up, manage, and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
• Conduct regular competitor analysis on paid search landscape in the Thai aesthetics space
• Optimise landing pages in collaboration with design/web team for conversion rate improvement
• Manage and optimise Google Merchant Centre / Local Ads where applicable
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear commentary and recommendations
• Identify new growth opportunities within the Google Ads ecosystem proactively
• Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to align paid and organic strategy

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 4+ years managing Google Ads accounts professionally — no juniors
• Google Ads certified (Search, Display, and at least one additional certification required)
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets (฿100,000+/month preferred) with measurable ROI
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry strongly preferred
• Bilingual: Thai (native or fluent) and English (working proficiency)
• Highly data-driven with strong attention to optimisation details and continuous testing mindset
• Experience running campaigns targeting Thai consumers specifically is mandatory
