- Develop and maintain project plans with prioritized action items. Preparing all resources to assure project tasks are communicated and completed on time. - Create project documentation to include procedures, and reports. Oversee assigned project/product schedule and identify alternate sources of material and services. Actively participate in planning meetings addressing issues related to all aspects of the project and implementing performance measures, goals and results. - Lead and actively participate in developing the project plans and directing and coordinating activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters; managing all aspects of requirements, design, development, implementation and testing of assigned projects. - Coordinate all communications with contractors who come on the property, monitor and provide inspections and ensure the level of work is at the standards that have been set by and agreed upon.
