HR Talent Management [Fluent in both English and Chinese]

• HR with specialization in Talent Development and Leadership Management function.
• Working closely with business leaders and management teams in all functions to identify organizational training needs to align with business growth
• Manage and support the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs based on their job functions and individual strengths and weaknesses
• Ensure the organization’s talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on organizational capabilities and operational effectiveness
• Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate
• Perform special projects as needed following regional talent development and leadership management strategies
• Address and resolve any unexpected issues during customer visits promptly.

• Experienced more than 3 years as HR Role
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
