• Perform the role of leader in the communication system receiving reports
• Perform Daily Operation Report (Facility, Devices, Solutions)
• On site supervisor creating optimal service for customer experience
• Provide dedicated care during VIP and major media channels visits
• Manage customer reservation
• Overall management of content, supplies and equipment to ensure smooth showroom operations "
• Collecting customer VOC through surveys
