หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Compile specification ,TOR BOM list - Pre sale และ post sale, พรีเซ็นงาน - ติดตั้ง vdo wall ให้ตรงตามความต้องการใช้งาน พร้อมทั้งแก้ปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคในเบื้องต้น - ให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านข้อมูลทางเทคนิค • To provide technical consultation and pre sales support to the sales department. • Attend customer meetings, prepare and conduct product presentation & demonstration to customers. • Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. • Attend to post sales technical calls. • To diagnose and solve customer’s problem via telephone and email within set standard time. • To provide on-site support to customers including troubleshooting, break down calls and resolve their area of concerns. • To fix technical problems and issues reported by customer. • To ensure warranty and extended warranty registrations are processed in a timely manner. • To install, and service large screen system at customer’s site. • To assist in project implementation. • To perform 8 x 5 NBD SLA within the maintenance agreement contracts signed with customers. • Constantly learn and improve on new technologies related to our solution. • Other task assigned on a daily basis.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - มีความรู้ทางด้าน vdo wall, Pro AV , Audio visual , - สามารถทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้ ในบางครั้ง แต่ไม่ประจำ - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering/IT. • Preferably to have 1-2 years technical support experience in Large Screen Display/Projection system or Pro AV system. • Good knowledge in IT will be an added advantage. • Hands on experience on trouble-shooting and end-user support will be an added advantage. • Experience in trouble-shooting and repairing projectors will be an added advantage. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Possess own transport with a valid driving license. • Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written). • Be committed, self-motivated, energetic team player and result-oriented. • Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
