Role/Responsibilities:
- Able to manage all support calls and update call log system regularly and correctly.
- Involve in user support on software application, databases and infrastructure issues.
- Involve in software application and reports troubleshooting and rectification of errors.
- Recommend solutions to vendors on how to use application on issues reported.
- Ensure the handover document, project and business application support documentation
- Implement new releases of existing business application software
- Coordinate with internal staff to smoothen business tasks

Requirements:

- Male or Female

- Age 23-28

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers Platform, UNIX / LINUX, Microsoft, Postgres SQL, POS, Hospital Information System (HIS), Pivot table and excel worksheet would be advantage.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and able to identify problems and issues encountered.

- Good communication and analytical skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, self-learning, hard-working and able to work under pressure.
