1.Plan, control and supports service team to achieve KPI and the company's strategy. 2.Supervising and controlling after sales services of machinery. (Repairing & Preventive Maintenance) 3.Controlling budget and supervising team to meet on budget and estimating costs. 4.Training to up skill to all services team to achieved KPI and coach them to agreed plan is implemented and help them to solve the problem. 5.Organizing and performing the duties of technicians services team. Ensure that all technicians adhere to safety rules. 6.Meeting, making reports after services and submit to the customers including costs and obstacles and solutions. 7.Doing any additional work as policy.

1.Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical or any Engineering Field. 2.Practical experience of the after sales service of Machinery, and preventive maintenance at least 10 Years. 3.The ability to develop a team work. 4.Good communication in English. 5.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to the customers. 6.Leadership and work management skills. 7.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
