หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ • Manage and Control Straragy Lean/Kaizen (Productivity and Cost Reduction and Quality) • Kaizen Center / Improvement Project. Cost Reduction in Company • KPI Target all Department for Company and Control all Head Department for Production (Lean Consultant for Industrie) • Developing industrial engineering techniques and concepts to product and process design teams throughout all phases of product lifecycle, resulting in a robust product design and work statement that meets program requirements. • Research, design, develop, improve, and implement processes as directed to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, through the application of Lean and other Industrial Engineering concepts for large scale systems integration and asset utilization. • Utilize engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulation, statistics) to assist in developing optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (e.g., facilities, personnel, materials, equipment) in the creation and validation of products.

คุณสมบัติ • Aged between 25-35 years old. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. • 1 years\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' minimum experience required in Industrial Engineering specifically around automated manufacturing line layout, design, and management (process mapping, time & motion study, layout, people/material/equipment flow, and efficiency analysis) • Experience in the application of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing • Experience in improvement project by Lean or Kaizen will be advantage • Strong motivational and leadership qualities demonstrated in a product creation/manufacturing environment
