Recruitment Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for candidate selections to all Frontline and Fixed term contract Field roles, and Professional hiring. The TA Coordinator will collaborate with the internal TA team to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies, metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and activity tracking. Responsibilities: • To understand the hiring requirement and expectation from TA team • Source applicants, evaluate applicant qualifications, screen applicants, schedule/conduct interviews and check references • To consolidate and present candidate profiles to internal stakeholders • Post and advertising hiring roles and attract the right candidates • Use best practice recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources to execute on full lifecycle recruiting • Other ad-hoc supports from the internal TA team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: • You should possess with good communication skills in Thai and English, other language would be an advantage • Knowledge in recruitment would be ideal, and/or capability to demonstrate a good interpersonal skills • 1 year of relevant working experience would be an advantage • Fresh graduates or undergraduates in final year are WELCOME • Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information is preferred
