หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with the Executive Committee in creating short and medium term sales strategies involving traditional trade, modern trade and own-store distribution channels nationwide.
• Execute short and medium term sales strategies to reach the ambitious targets required.
• Provide the Executive Team with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports, complete with detailed sales analysis and market insights.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure that all points of sales, as well as the services provided by all sales personnel, conform with the Company's brands' images and philosophy. 
• Improve the retail sales management system.
• Train the entire retail sales force to ensure a superior level of service.
• Develop and secure an excellent relationship with all vendors and customers.
• Continuously provide the Executive Team with detailed feedback on products and services from consumers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team in continuously improving the quality of products and services.
• Identify, analyse and advise the Executive Committee on changes in the markets that may affect the Company's market shares and operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team in producing and managing quarterly and annual budget.

• Highly proficient in the English language.
• Possess at least five years of experience in managing and growing premium retail furniture (or related products) sales in the modern trade, traditional trade and own-store channels nationwide.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to lead and work as a team.
• Dedicated, punctual and highly responsible.
• Creative, innovative, optimistic and willing to learn.
• Independent and outspoken.
• Adaptive and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Able to travel extensively both in and out of Thailand.
