1) Collaborate with the Factory Development and Bedding Manufacturing Departments to: 1.1) Ensure smooth, efficient and timely production and delivery of consistently high quality products; 1.2) Improve the efficiency and productivity of the production processes; 1.3) Develop a reporting process to keep the Executive Team abreast of the productivity of the production processes; 1.4) Evaluate, analyse and report to the Executive Team on the productivity of the production processes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 2) Collaborate with the Executive Team in: 2.1) Implementing an international ERP system; 2.2) Implementing lean and TQM processes; 2.3) Maintaining the ISO9001 standard; 2.4) Obtaining the ISO14001 standard; 2.5) Producing and managing quarterly and annual budget. 3) Cooperate with the Factory Development Department in maintaining 5S activity. 4) Cooperate with the Human Resources and Administration and Factory Development Departments in: 4.1) Providing training and coaching to all members of staff involved in the production processes; 4.2) Ensuring a safe and pleasant work and living environment for all members of staff. 5) Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative Departments in product design and development processes. 6) Cooperate with the Accounting and Finance Departments in monitoring and controlling the levels of stock; 7) Ensure that the Company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

EXPERIENCE Possess at least eight years of experience in production management in medium to large-sized, ISO9001-certified, multi-shift, assembly-production factory with strong MRP/ERP and TQM systems. Any experience in implementing Oracle ERP and/or ISO14001 standard and/or lean manufacturing and/or six-sigma processes will be considered a very strong plus. KEY COMPETENCY 1) Possess excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership qualities. 2) Dedicated, strong, outgoing, friendly, punctual, mature, persuasive and highly responsible. 3) Analytical, logical, systematic with strong quantitative skills. 4) Ambitious, driven and goal-oriented. 5) Creative, innovative, optimistic and willing to learn. 6) Independent and outspoken. 7) Adaptive, resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 8) Highly proficient in the English language.   OTHER QUALIFICATION 1) Possess a car together with a valid driving license. 2) Able to work six days a week in Bangsai District, Ayutthaya.
