หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities • Work thoroughly and independently, getting things done in a professional manner without burdening the Chairman unless events demand it • Be the positive first impression for the firm’s customers, clients, and friends • Be extremely pro?active in supporting administration and operations • Travel and accommodation arrangements around the world • Meeting and conference arrangement and confirmation • Anticipating needs and wants in daily operations and preparing accordingly • Responsible for Project Management both internal and external organizational events. • Establish the strategic planning of all activities by scheduling and implementing projects until the end of activities. • Searching for new suppliers or vendors in order to control the budget and accomplish the events effectively. • Providing innovative and creative ideas to improve the work practice incessantly together with solving any occurred problems. • Issuance documents for reporting and presenting the progress of events such as Project Timeline, Project Checklist, MC & Main Script, Estimate & Cost Sheet, Report and customer feedback, etc. • Other duties as per assigned.

• Qualification • A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet • Ideally educated to degree level • A minimum of 3 years in event organizer or project leader at a supervisory level • Shorthand and excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy essential • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Professional telephone manner • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Bright, confident personality • Well presented • Highly personable • Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised • Willing to travel
