HR & Admin Officer (ประจำอมตะนคร ชลบุรี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Collect and inspect time attendants record for all employees in the factory 2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems 3. Provide counseling on policies and procedures 4. Taking care of overall recruitment and employment processes. 5. Conducting employee disciplinary actions. 6. Dealing with internal issues and employee relation activities. 7. Other general Affairs as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Expertise in Knowledge and functional competency of recruitment and selection process. 2. Experience: At least 2 years in overall of HR field especially in Payroll, C&B, Recruitment and Learning & Development process. 3. Good command of both written and spoken Business English. 4. Strong service-oriented with pleasant personality and good communication skills. 5. Self-motivated, a fast learner, and must work well in a team environment. 6. Service-mind, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, hardworking and high responsibility.
