หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Duties: ● Provide creative designs for Silverman ● Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, presentation, sale kit and informative user’s manual. ● Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders. ● Collaborating with the business development, sale support and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and platform standards. ● Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms. ● Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces. ● Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement. ● Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content. ● Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events. Skills Required: ● Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies. ● Experience working in a collaborative team environment. ● Experience working directly with developers to implement designs. ● Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD etc. ● Photo and video editing expertise. ● Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques. ● Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing. ● A good understanding of visual design principles. ● Proven digital content skills. ● Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences. ● Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.

• Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s Degree Related to digital design, graphic design, or a related field. ● Comfortable using computers. ● Experience 2-3 years in designer field. ● Female age 23-35 ● Interesting or love real estate business ● Love creating contents, posts and blogs ● Love social Media; FB, IG, Twitter, Tiktok, LINE ● Proven experience in a professional digital design role. ● A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity. ● Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite. ● Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects. ● A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
