หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Administrate business liaison with customers, IT specialists, and stakeholders, including the auditors nationwide on day-to-day operations of the automotive inventory audit.
• Analyze, understand, and take action with the partners in project landscape to prevent manual/improper adjustments and ensure completeness and accuracy of the inventory count by auditors.
• Follow up, advise, and resolve the problems on cases and issues with both internal and external stakeholders, including to liaise with concerned parties to ensure they carry out the preparations and executions of inventory count per the instructions and timelines.
• Ensure inventory count and data completion meet reporting procedures, standards, and statutory compliances, and the reports are communicated and respected by the customers.
• Perform daily checks on IT system to ensure 24/7 availability to support the accuracy of inventory count by the auditors, including to coordinate the count progress, count report, and ensure results are posted and transmitted to the parties per agreed schedules.
• Provide timely basis reports on the shrink results, abnormalities, and summaries to stakeholders of the inventory count with ability to analyze, understand, and explain shrinkage results if any as arisen from inventory count conducted by the auditors in case of systems issues, frauds, mismatches, and/or internal malfunctions.
• Understand and use IT system that sets up as tracking tools and infrastructures at the back office to allow the Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor the performances and errors of the inventory count.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis on request of the stakeholders if any.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 years working experience in car inventory control or claim management with multinational environment.
• Must have knowledge and being resourceful in dealer relation and backend administration from automotive OEMs and their car inventory management.
• Use software application to manage the inventory audit and count at the level of user and administrator.
• Ensure that all data logs, audit reports, and IT oriented outputs from the inventory count are properly handled in terms of data received, inspected, stored, analyzed, and loaded for reports in compliance with the agreed principles.
• Communicate the daily operations with customers and stakeholders, including the management.
