Trainer - Mobile Device/ Accessory

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mobile devices and accessories for sales teams, customer service representatives, and retail partners.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and training on product features, functionalities, and usage.
• Keep training materials updated with the latest product releases and technological advancements.
• Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with brand messaging and technical specifications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Conduct refresher courses to ensure teams stay current on new product lines and updates.
• Assist in creating product manuals, guides, and video tutorials as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as technology, communications, or education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and related technologies.
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar instructional role, preferably in the mobile industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation software, and e-learning platforms.
