หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for: •Drive the business towards achievement of performance targets through delivery of clear and accurate reporting, with insightful analysis •Ensure financial reporting in line with Regulations requirements and clearance of results with stakeholders •Oversee the development and implementation of optimal tax strategies. •Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of business aligned finance systems, in a timely and cost efficient manner. •Responsible for Financial Controller which duty will accountable for the corporate budgeting, internal control, accounting analysis, and accounting operations and reporting of the company to ensure that it will comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Local Reporting: •Ensure that all reports are complied with the accounting standards both local and IFRS. •Deliver local reporting i.e. audited financial statements, SEC Reports, etc. •Simplification the processing and manage day to day financial activities to comply with local policies, accounting standards and regulations included its internal control. •Establish and maintain policies and procedures for accounting matters in the most efficient and effective manner resulting positive business matters. Taxation: •Ensure compliance with tax policies, standards and regulations. •Determine appropriate tax structure for rationalization, transfer pricing. •Optimize cash flow through minimizing taxes and reducing potential tax exposure by performing detailed tax audits assessment of current business practices Payment: •Ensure timely delivery of payments and correctness of the recording. •Regularly review, evaluate, identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of payment processes People: •Develop staff finance skills and knowledge with on-going training. •Communicate clear role descriptions and accountability statements to facilitate staff objectives setting and drive the

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Males or Females over 40 years of age. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 15 years experiencing in Corporate Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Investment in medium to large corporation. Experienced at least 5 years in a business unit Financial Controller role experience and with exposure in external audit. Practical experience in financial accounting and performance reporting at both entity level, as well as at regional or group level. Detailed understanding of Finance disciplines. Knowledge of financial systems and operational accounting. Understanding of the development of International Financial Reporting Standards. Strong people management skills, Proven ability to influence and collaboratively lead change within a medium / large organization. Great command in MS office, Enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skill, Great public speaking and presentation skill will be advantage.
