- Control sales orders and sale operation match with business process. - Control sales returns process. - Control sales operation with efficiency to build customers service level. - Upload promotional fund and check payment. - liaise with transporters for trade return collection. - Retrieve customer EDI PO and create DO & invoice. - Keep sales quantity and profit as same as the target from manager. - Follow up the customers and project as assigned by manager. - Coordinate with sales, logistic, conventions and etc. - Build a good relationship with sale team. - Response for logistic control and proceed sales document.

- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines. - Relevant experience in sale admin and operation. - Strong sales administration and operations support experiences. - Mature, detail-oriented, good people management and problem solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Applications. - Candidate with more experience and qualifications will be considered as senior sales administration manager.
