Business Analyst and Tester

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Gather requirements process from business and users. - Interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues. - Providing possibilities of the solutions /options on the issues encountered to end users. - Undertake end-to-end business workflow, data flow diagram, system / application’s specifications, and system design. - Working with system analyst / developer to access changes and implementations. - Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. - Performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with users. - Handle and conduct user documentation and user training.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - At least 2 years experience in Business Analyst or related. - Have experience in Banking or Financial industry is a plus. - Strong communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties. - Good computer skills, and have SQL & Technical background.
