หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Manage and lead collection team to collect customer's payment. • Manage overdue report for the assigned accounts to decrease overdue amount. • Able to take action on any customer complaint. • Assist the management to take the proper action for Potential and NPL contracts. • Manage, coach and advice to collection teams in solving any issues. • Coordinate internal work procedure with cooperation to other departments. • Provide daily, weekly, monthly report of collection department to the management. • Develop strategies for collection team to reach the target setting by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance or relate fields. • At least 3 years’ experience in team leader or team management to manage collection team. • Experience in financial institutions such as banking, hire purchase, leasing and etc. would be advantage. • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities. • Strong core skills: leadership, team management, analytical, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and people management skills. • Knowledge and Skills in Advanced level of Excel, Word, Power Point.
