• Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies / procedures. • Complying with federal, state, local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. • Safeguarding warehouse operations and content by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. • Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts, and reconciling with the data storage system. • Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repairs, and handling requisitions for replacements. • Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. • Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results. • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintaining warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Bachelor\\\'s Degree in relates filed. • At least experience 5 years in Warehouse / Distribution Center field. • Have experience 2 years in management level or upper. • Strong leadership and management skill (Strictly control all process). • Critical thinking and analytical skills. • Familiar with the warehouse & inventory management software. • Good team player, Good attitude, willing to learn new things, thorough and reliable. • Good ability in English communication both spoken and written, and literate skill in computer i.e. Microsoft Office
