Night Shift Studio Associate & Sales Executives

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide information about dance classes, packages, private, workshops and events - Perform student & class registration and attendance - Troubleshoot issues with customers, teachers, facilities, and schedule - Manage studio POS system - Receive and follow up phone calls, emails, messages - Coordinate day by day activities and ability to communicate and work as a good team player - Multitasking and facilitate various job at the studio in order to run all classes smoothly - Prepare and maintain studio in good condition. Might have some cleaning tasks involved when cleaning lady is sick. - Assisting in business development project, developing strategy and implementing tasks to achieve project’s goal - Perform cold call, contact targeted customer as assigned - Some sales experience preferred
