Functions covered - Field technical support. Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions. Cooperate with Peugeot technical team and share information across the market. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Support and train dealers in technical service process. - Field technical support to provide expert support for technicians in the diagnosis of difficult repairs. - Develop and circulate information, manuals and literature for new vehicles and repair techniques introduced by manufacturer. - Develop interim service solutions and repair instructions when applicable. - Develop and provide constant improvement to working processes related to technical repairs. - Develop repair escalation process where dealer unable to rectify the concern. - Constantly monitor technical issues and top warranty problems. Feedback necessary details for problem solving process to Product Support Team. - Follow up, analyze and develop solutions to improve the completion of technical campaigns in the market. - Report result of every dealer visit.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities (to be continued) - Support new dealer set-up in all topics relevant to technical. - Ensure compliance of the dealers to the Peugeot aftersales standards - Support the development of technical trainings for improve technician skill and capability. Job Requirements: - Education University degree preferably in Technical or Engineering. - Working ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience in diagnosis and repair of vehicle. Experience in Technical Helpdesk or Field Technical Support on Wholesales level. - Special Knowledge / SkillsStrong knowledge in Advance automotive diagnostics especially on electric vehicle. Detailed knowledge of all technical support process. - LanguagesFluent spoken and written in English.
