Senior IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Support, Troubleshooting, Repairing and Help/Inquiry end-user systems related hardware&software to meet first service tier. 2. Preventive maintenance: Computer & Peripheral by yearly, quarterly, monthly. 3. Participate maintain in other IT Infrastructure and collaborate for system and network teams as required. 4. Supervise the IT support team (Internal/Outsource) and Provide performance support reports (Monthly, quarterly and yearly). 5. IT Equipment Rpt, Copier Rpt, Monthly IT Service Rpt, Internet Traffic & Email Hosting Rpt, Plan&Actual Report and Other IT Report. 6. Assist in specification and standardization of it equipment both of hardware and software. 7. Assist in adopting new IT system/technology for company such as ERP system. 8. Follow corporate IT standards and policies and ensure local IT compliance. 9. Others as assigned. คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male / Female - Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. - 3-5 years of experience in IT Support. - Have knowledge of Troubleshooting :, Computer Desktop , Computer Laptop, MS Windows server, MS Office, Apple MAC OSX, LAN(Wired&Wirless;), WAN and IT Equipment & Peripheral. - Able to work at Italthai Tower (New Petchburi Road).
