Senior Network Engineer (AIS)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinated with customer via phone and email to resolve problem and request with professional solution in slogan “1 stop service”. Trouble Shoot for the network , ICT , firewall , cloud computing , IaaS , SaaS , DNS , Corporate E-mail , Monitoring system some projects. - Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis - Reply to customers following problem / requests for information and proposal requests - Follow up customer until problem was resolved - Able to work with shift.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: - Thai Nationality / Age 27- 32 years - 3 to 5 yrs experience in network , ICT , firewall , cloud computing , IaaS , SaaS , DNS , Corporate E-mail , Monitoring system with large scale network - Knowledgeable for Networking, TCP/IP, routing protocol e.g. dynamic routing for large scale network and switching - Knowledgeable for Cisco configuration / CCNA will be advantage - Knowledgeable for Cisco Viptela SD-WAN - Knowledgeable for Fortigate SD-WAN - Knowledgeable for Fortigate firewall / NES7 will be advantage - Knowledgeable for Paloalto firewall - Positive attitude understanding of production support processes - Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded - Good personality and communication skill
