หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Work with the Executive Team to set the strategic direction for the near, medium, and long term go-to-market and sales. • Develop go-to-market strategies including building a business plan that will evangelize to sales. • Recruit, train and lead a high-quality sales team to define, drive, deliver results and empower the team to take full ownership of the entire sales cycle. • Serve as the primary contact in assigned sales channels. • Gather and analyze competitive information to assess our relative position for subsequent actions. • Design and create programs and sales promotions tailored to the unique strengths of the company and customers. • Manage customer relationships to maintain the quality of services and bring new business

• • Males/ Females, Age 35+ years • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related • At least 8 years in a sales leadership role with proven ability to manage and motivate the sales team • A consistent proven track record of over achievement against quarterly and annual sales goals. • The ability to engage, negotiate and exceptional communication and presentation skills • A positive, enthusiastic, open, entrepreneurial attitude with a strong interest in new disruptive technologies. "Able to travel to manage office in VN for 20 days per month (Base in Ho Chi Minh City)
