MERCHANDISING MANAGER/ DPN Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Quantify and develop total year order planfor all product groups to achieve sales target and maintain target stock coverage level at counter and warehouse • Development of Product Distribution Grid • Running product o Monitor stock level and sales performance to ensure no stock shortage and maintaining optimal stock level o Identify stock replenishment cycle and process • Novelty product o Allocation of new product to counter o Develop stock replenishment plan to counter o Review product sales performance and stock coverage by counter for action • Data support to Brand Management team on new product order style reference and recommend quantity order

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Statistics, Economics or related field. • At least 5 years up of experience in Demand planning field with at least one 3 years in management level • Strong analytical thinking, communication and influencing skills • Good Problem Solving Skill • Computer literacy e.g. MS Excel (Advance), PowerPoint with good numerical skills • Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, positive attitude • Results-oriented with strong strategic and execution skills • Good term work and communication skill
