หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage user accounts and maintain IT inventory.
• Provide help desk support, system monitoring, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.
• Support the IT team with various projects and training initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ฺBachelor's degree Major: IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience: 1-2 years or more in a related field.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
