หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure adherence to GDP standards, maintain proper records of handling and storage conditions, and conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Follow airline-specific guidelines, maintain temperature control, and stay updated on changing regulations affecting pharmaceutical air cargo.
• Ensure compliance with industry packaging, security, and labelling standards for pharmaceutical shipments.
• Monitor shipments to prevent delays or temperature fluctuations, coordinating with logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Oversee proper transport conditions, ensuring shipments include temperature logs or data loggers for verification.
• Address and document deviations, take corrective action, and report issues to relevant authorities.
• Ensure staff is trained on GDP, regulations, and best practices, staying updated on industry developments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience: In a cargo-related warehouse environment, which indicates familiarity with distribution, logistics, inventory management, and/or supply chain processes.
• Alternatively, 3 years of experience at an entry-to-mid management level, which involves overseeing processes, teams, or operations in a relevant environment.
• Quality Management System (QMS) experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in general computer applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required for daily tasks, reporting, and documentation.
