Maintenance Manager (Urgently Required!!)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: Defining department policy planning, executing and controlling overall ground service equipment maintenance and maintenance processes complied with the established rules of operation, process and policies •Complying with assigned company’s policy by defining and developing maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals. •Planning, developing and deploying maintenance improvement programs that supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company •Conducting maintenance and support manager, maintenance duty manager, maintenance and facility supervisor performance reviews, monitoring and evaluating work performance, establishing, corrective action including improvements to most effectively meet maintenance KPI. •Preparing and managing maintenance staff, developing and maintaining asset inventory of spare and repair part material and tools to be used efficiency. •Developing, leading maintenance strategies and maintenance staff including maintenance worker and specialist by forte a well – trained and motivating staff •Defining maintenance performance to comply with company policies and procedure and customer requirements, document departmental activity through preparing of various reports, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping reported to Director, Ramp Operations and Maintenance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: •Age over 35 years •Bachelor’s Degree or related field. •Strong management skill •Has knowledge in maintenance system management and proficiency in computer skill •Good command of written, read, spoken English and excellent coordination
