Ground Services Administrative Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: To manage the Centralize Services Centre (CSC) on a shift basis delivering all set service standards to support Ramp Operations and Passenger Services departments 24×7, 365 days a year. Control spend, operating costs and resources both manpower and equipment to deliver on time flight performance and improved productivity through efficient utilization of all resources.

• Qualifications: -Bachelor Degree -Business Administration or relevant major -Experience: Working in environment of business processes, Budget and expense control, Cost analysis, Resource Planning and Information System for developing working process -PC Literacy: Excellent on Microsoft Office and Office automatic system -Fair command of written, read and spoken English -Other Competency (please specify): Attitude CAN DO. Good relationship, resourcefulness and good problem solving mind set
