Cargo Warehouse Export Manager / Cargo Warehouse Express Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: To manage day to day operation of cargo warehouse operation (Export or Express), set internal work instruction and monitor to ensure operation run smoothly and compliance to established policy and procedure. Investigate on non-conformance and perform corrective and preventive action on cargo operation discrepancy issue in order to achieve warehouse standard performance and serve with customer airlines satisfactions. • Manage cargo warehouse operation team to ensure productivities and work efficiency. • Manage manpower allocation and working schedule of the team to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Set internal work instruction, analyze and develop cargo standard operation procedure • Manage and analyze monthly performance report and raise solution for further development • Oversee and evaluate staff time attendance, record, and systems are comprehensively updated and maintain regularly. • Provide guidance, coach, and training and development for staffs, liaise with involved department such as HR and Training for necessary information and staff performance, quality/ productivity. • Investigate on non-conformance and perform corrective and preventive action on cargo operation discrepancy issue in order to achieve warehouse standard performance and serve with customer airlines satisfactions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Male or Female, Age 30 Years old up. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • Experienced at least 7 years up in related Cargo Management including at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory level. Air cargo management experience is preferable. • Training requirement : General Cargo, DGR • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Good communication in English both writing and speaking.
