Flight Dispatch Duty Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: Responsible for the achievement and productivities of flight dispatch to be in line with airline requirements, and airport authorities as per established policy and procedure • Supervise the overall activities in connection with flight planning procedure, crew briefing and flight watch for all flights operating within the flight dispatch areas. • Provide flight dispatch services and operation control to customer airlines handled by BFS and keep up-to-date their operations manual and documents. • Cooperate with the related authorities and other airlines to promote better understanding and operational efficiency as well as flight safety. • Coordinate with functions concerned complying Traffic program information and flight irregularities or other operational matters. • Arrange staff to attend courses training for their improvement. • Ensure that all aeronautical Information in term of NOTAM and AIP’s and jeppesen are properly handled and up-to-date. • Assist and coordinate with functions concerned regarding operational matters for customer airline’s flights. • Report any discrepancy to station manager’s of customer airlines. • Carry out any other irregularities or unforeseen assignment on all shifts. • Ensure all personnel activity complying with company regulations.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Male or Female, at least 21 years old • Bachelor Degree in any field (Aviation Field is an advantage) • Good of both written and spoken English and computer literacy • Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and good analytical skill • Currently holding Weight & Balance is a plus
