หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• IT Manager Responsible for all internal and external contracts related to computer network and network security issues. Responsibilities: • Plans, develops and implements a departmental strategic long range plan that insures that computer systems, technology, and methodologies employed provide the company with solid, effective, and efficient systems that are supportable and allow uninterrupted company growth. • Insures compliance with Corporate and company IT policies including the Computer Crimes Act which requires that the user may be traced without question within BFS by means of fix IP to all clients regardless of hardware type. • Plans, monitors and controls IT budget in order to support company IT needs and insure that actual expenses are in accordance to department budget. • Develops implements and maintains a Disaster Recovery Plan that insures the company’s information systems are protected from disaster and that processing requirements are met in the event of disaster. • Manage local applications and infrastructure resources including resource planning, work assignments and oversight. • Prioritize all IT requests to insure most effective utilization of IT resources. • Monitors vendor performance and negotiates vendor contracts accordingly. • Ensure that all applications, software, hardware and configurations are in line with corporate policies and standards. • Develop and maintain security systems to protect the company’s network. • Evaluates all major system modifications and development requests to determine potential benefits and impact on business and IT operations. • Develop and adapt new technology to support users. • Responsible for day-to-day management of the department. • Provide user training for all applications and software

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Female, Age 35 years old. • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management Information System. • Experience 15 Years in Information System and Development. • Good understanding of data centre and especially ISO 38500, 27000, COBIT 5 and ITIL. • Fluent of English and Thai language.
