หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ● Handling customer's inquiries/requests/complaints on a daily basis via phone call ● Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives ● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints ● Communicating and coordinating with related department to get request done ● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process ● Handling customer complaints and report to supervisor ● Support / coordinate with other departments/customers for special tasks up on requested SHIFT 6.00 - 14.00 14.00 - 22.00 22.00 - 6.00

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 20 - 30 years’ old ● Good command in English ● Diploma/ High Vocational Certificate and above in any field. ● Strong customer oriented, Good customer handling skill, problem solving skill ● Personality and emotion control ● Highly responsible, initiative, proactive and fast learner ● Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, work as shift
